Helping families with children that have life-threatening medical conditions is our mission. We help a lot of families and because we do, we are continuously having various events to raise the funds that allow us to help many children that are medically-fragile. As a result, we are always welcoming new and returning volunteers to help us. We would be so honored to have you join us in our mission! You are very welcome to join any of our fundraisers but I do want to highlight one committee that will be starting and that is our Let’s Dance for the Heart of It!
Everyone is invited to our Dance Kick-Off Meeting this Thursday, June 4th! This will take place at the Aubrey Rose Foundation office located at 3862 Race Road in Bridgetown (west-side of Cincinnati). Please click here to let us know you will be joining us. It’s a wonderful group of people that have the same mission in mind … putting smiles on the faces of many children and their families and while we’re all doing this, we are having a great time to. If you would like to help our families, click on the link below.
WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Here is a letter and a picture from a family that the Aubrey Rose Foundation has helped. It’s letters like this one that makes you realize why we do what we do!
“Dear Aubrey Rose Foundation,
Chase and our family want to Thank the Aubrey Rose Foundation for helping our family achieve the dream of safety and independence for Chase. Chase is 10 years old and completely dependent on us and his nurses for all of his needs. To not have to lift him and his Wheelchair in and out of the SUV and risk his and our safety is such a feeling of relief but to also allow him to have access to being a kid again with out compromising his safety and to be able to do things as a family again building life long memories is priceless.
Chase can now enjoy going to his miracle league games, Kings Island, Water parks, and going on adventures with his siblings! All things that wouldn’t be possible with out this amazing gift of independence. From the bottom of our hearts we Thank You for being a Hero For our little Hero! This couldn’t have been achieved without you!
