Hello Everyone,
This is an exciting time of year for us with just celebrating the 8th anniversary of Aubrey's Foundation and trying to help many more children and their families.
With this economy, our need is greater because the community of families we serve is needing more help. One way we can help these families is through our different fundraisers that we host. American Girl is our first one we have coming up at the end of this month and it's such a wholesome, wonderful fit for our Foundation. We are able to put many, many smiles on the faces of children and their families through these Shows.
After that is our Aubrey's Open Golf Outing that is really a fun day for everyone. Whether you golf or you don't, you can come and enjoy dinner by Texas Roadhouse and check out our great items we have for the silent auction.
Our next exciting venture for this year is to be on the very boat from which WEBN broadcasts for the Fireworks on Labor Day weekend. You talk about the best seat on the river!!! We will have it! In addition to the dinner, drinks and everything built in to this day, we will be giving you your very own directors chair to sit and watch the fireworks and then take home with you! Now that is the BEST seat on the river!
Whatever we did with Aubrey whether it was going to the doctors or going to church, it was a party for her and so with our Foundation, we want to make sure that everything you do, it will be a party for you and also, we want to give you the best bang for your dollar so that you can feel good about the monies you're giving to Aubrey's Foundation. Please know that with everyone being a volunteer, all the funds raised minus a few dollars for expenses, goes toward helping children with life-threatening medical conditions and that's got to put a smile on your face!!!

AMERICAN GIRL FASHION SHOW
On March 27, 28 & 29th, Music Hall will be transformed into an enchanting tea party where you and that special little girl in your life can experience the true traditions of the American Girl Doll. Sit back for a fashion show highlighting outfits and accessories for children and dolls while enjoying a tea party fit for a princess!
After the show you can peruse the American Girl Doll merchandise before you leave laden with goodies and souvenirs from your walk through history with American Girl Doll. Dads and brothers are encouraged to tag along as well.

It's time to tee it up and help families with children who
have life threatening medical conditions. Put Sunday, May 17th 
on
your calendar for a 1:30pm tee time at Aston Oaks Golf Course! This is
a really fun day that includes your golf, cart, lunch by JTM, dinner by
Texas Roadhouse and a logo'd gift for $100 per golfer.

Join with other friends of Aubrey Rose and have an unforgetable night knowing that you are helping children and their families at the same time. You'd better get your mingling in with your hors d'oeurves because once the fireworks start you'll no longer be on a boat in Cincinnati. You'll be with the stars somewhere in the universe!

We will be having a float again this year in the 2009 Findlay Market Opening Day Parade on Monday, April 6. We are inviting families to join our float but we are limited as to the number we can accommodate so please let us know right away and if we get too many requests, we'll start a waiting list.

Saturday, April 18 is our next dinner at the Ronald McDonald House. Our theme is "Racing at Ronnie's" and we will have racecar decorations throughout the newly renovated kitchen and dining area. We will be one of the first groups who get to utilize the new kitchen facilities and we're really excited about this.
If you would like to join us, please send me an email. We can only accomodate so many volunteers so we will keep a waiting list once we get filled. As one of our past volunteers has stated, this is a life changing event to be able to help with one of our dinners. Even though you are helping, you will walk away with such a feeling of fulfillment!
